Melvin Watts FSSP, a German priest of the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter and a former banker with family roots in Kochi and Kottayam, is currently visiting his ancestral homeland during his annual vacation. During his visit, he had the joy of offering the Traditional Latin Mass for the cloistered nuns and the faithful gathered for the celebration.

On July 11, the Diocese of Raleigh hosted its first multicultural celebration honoring St. Kateri Tekakwitha - the first North American Indigenous saint - at Holy Cross Church.
